The Hardin Junior Championship is in the books. Congratulations to Michael Bugyis, from
Algonquin Golf Club, this years Junior champion, shooting a two day total of 151. Ray Winter, from
Sunset Country Club, our 2017 Champion, was runner up with a total of 153.

In the 14-15 year old Division, Hunter Niles (Old Hickory Golf Club) was our champion, with a
two day total of 147. Close behind was Tyler Linenbroker, from Forest Hills Country Club,

In the 12-13 year old Division, Ryan Miller (Greenbriar Hills Country Club), shot a two day total
of 161, with Colby Sauer (Meadowbrook Country Club), was runner up at 167.

In the 11 and Under Group (playing 9 holes each day) Owen Walther (Algonquin Golf Club),
won on the first playoff hole against Mason Lewis from Sunset Hills Country Club. Both shot 84
for the two days.

The Pro/Junior tournament on Day 1 featured 21 teams, with the Old Hickory team headed by
Brett Moomey, shot a blazing 13 under to capture the inaugural Hardin Team Trophy. And
thanks to Tripp Hardin for coming out to the Hot Dog Social to make the presentation.
