On a beautiful Friday afternoon at Whitmoor Country Club’s South course, 58 teams teed it up
in this year’s championship. The course was great, the competition strong, and all the players
had a awesome day, followed by a great meal served by the Whitmoor staff.

We had an outstanding field, including several past champions of the event, including:

Scott & Brandon Hays-2010
Bob & Clayton Cissell-2011

The 2020 defending champions from Bogey Hills Country Club, David and David Schilp,

and again take home the Salomon trophy.
In the 13 & Under Flight, Terry and Bryce Schultz, from Meadowbrook, captured the honors,
shooting a One Over Par 73, to win their flight. Jon and Austin Larson, from Old Hickory Golf

72. Anijay and Shay Zinzuwadia, from Whitmoor Country Club, finished third shooting 73.
The 18-23 Yr. Old Flight, was the smallest flight, with only 5 teams competing in that flight.
With the Schilps capturing the overall championship, Bob and Clayton Cissell from Bogey Hills
Country Club, shot 72 to capture the flight, with Greg and Andrew Ewald, from Old Hickory
Golf Club, shooting 74, to finish second.

And in the 35+ Year Old Flight, Scott and Brandon Hays, from Bogey Hills, recorded the only

from Westborough, shot 73, and Norm and Nick Eaker, from Bogey Hills, won a scorecard
playoff to finish third, shooting 74, with Mark and Brent Holmes from Sunset Hills, finishing

Thanks to all who participated on this beautiful Friday. And special thanks to Brian Maine,
Director of Golf at Whitmoor, and his staff for hosting the event, and the Food & Beverage staff
for an outstanding meal. And thanks to the Whitmoor membership for giving up one of their
courses on a Friday afternoon to allow us to hold the championship. And, as always, a special
shout out to our volunteers who make all of our events happen.
