Thirty teams teed it up for the 2021 Geiss Two Man Championship on a beautiful day at a beautiful venue at Quincy Country Club. Eighteen teams competed in the Open Division, played at 6467 Yards, with Westborough’s team of Sean Brennan and Kevin Shapiro posting an early 4 Under 66, which held up the remainder of the day. Another early pairing of JJ Reidelberger and Ryan Behrmann, from Bogey Hills, posted a 3 Under 67. Two District “rookies” from Bellerive, Luke Turner and Chris Lee, posted a 68 to finish third.
In the Senior Division, played from 6230 Yards, 12 teams competed, with Glen Echo’s Jim Storey and Andrew Acker carded an Even Par 70 to capture first place. Bellerive’s Andy Frost and Phil Caster, from Bellerive, posted a 71, to finish second, winning a scorecard playoffagainst Winghaven’s Steve McFadden and Didier Villard, who also posted 71.
